At WEE&WILD, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every outfit you purchase for your little ones.

If something isn’t right, we make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.

Free Exchanges

  • We gladly accept new, unused, and unwashed items in original condition with tags attached for exchange within 45 days of purchase.

  • Exchange requests made within this timeframe will receive a complimentary return label (Singapore orders only).

  • Items must be in resalable condition. Worn, washed, or final sale items cannot be exchanged.

  • Please note: Only one free exchange is provided per order. Additional exchanges may incur a small handling fee.

 

Easy Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for new, unused, and unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method, minus a SGD 7 return fee (to cover shipping/handling).

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at weewildsg@hotmail.com to initiate your request.

  2. You will receive a return shipping label (for local orders).

  3. Pack your items securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include your invoice.

  4. Drop off your parcel at the designated courier point.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the items, your exchange or refund will be processed.

  6. You’ll receive an email notification when your request is completed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once we’ve received your items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

 

Delivery-Related Issues

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: If an order is returned due to incorrect details provided, the customer will bear the re-delivery cost.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked as delivered by the courier, WEE&WILD is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
